Tracy founded Management Resource Group in 1998, recognizing that her business acumen and natural gift for developing people would prove valuable to others working in the veterinary industry. For over 20 years, she has imparted her wisdom to hundreds of practices nationwide in the areas of strategic planning, client service, staff training, financial growth, leadership, and the numerous details involved in running a successful practice. Recognized nationally, Tracy is a gifted speaker, facilitator, and trainer, who is regularly called upon to plan and deliver onsite workshops, presentations, and training events. Her client base ranges from small companion animal and mixed animal veterinary service providers to large specialty and emergency hospitals.

The daughter of a veterinarian, Tracy enjoyed the opportunity to grow and experience the many facets of veterinary medicine and practice management from the ground up. In 1995, she joined the Advanced Animal Care Centre in Bedford, Texas, which won the Hospital Design Merit Award (June 1998) and the Practice of Excellence Award (June 2000) from Veterinary Healthcare Communications, the publishers of Veterinary Economics. Her task: helping the practice team to understand the essential connection between profitability, building relationships, and understanding client needs. Within three years of leading the practice in a new direction, she was instrumental in contributing to the organization’s extraordinary growth and financial success.
